Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We are sure you will be thoroughly satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of anything you purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return or exchange it within 10 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping
Items are shipped within 3 days. Custom orders will be assembled and you will be notified when shipment is made. All effort is made to pack your jewelry with care so that it will not be damaged. However, if there is a problem when you receive your package, return it and we will replace the damaged item(s).
